It’s most often triggered when I’m either overstressed/overwhelmed to the point of exhaustion (and no one’s bothering to help me, if they’re available— I subconsciously resent it), when I feel like I’ve being constantly belittled and go on the defensive ( Defensive can —-> offensive/aggressive.

What happens when an Infp gets mad?

They love deeply and tend to be extremely selfless. They mostly keep their emotions to themselves. If you make an INFP angry enough for them to express it in a direct manner, all hell breaks loose. This means that an INFP has lost all faith in you as a human being (at least for a moment).
