Listings are published via a direct data feed from your MLS or brokerage. Your listings will automatically sync with your profile — as long as the email address attached to your listing feed matches the email address you used for your Zillow account.

Why is Zillow not updating?

How Can I Fix This? Websites are required to update the information they are pulling from the MLS every 3 days. Sometimes the information is not updated even after 3 days. The easiest way to get this corrected is to reach out directly to the website and request that they update their information.

How do you refresh a listing on Zillow?

You can also go to the listing itself on Zillow, then click on the “edit listing info” button at the top of the listing. You will then see the option to update the status of the listing accordingly.

Why is my MLS listing not showing up on Zillow?

If your listing is active through an agent or the MLS, it must be syndicated to Zillow. A syndicated listing can take 24-48 hours to show on Zillow once it is activated at the listing source. If your listing is not on Zillow, please confirm with your agent or listing provider that the listing is being sent to Zillow.
