As long as the card is in print in a Standard legal set, you can use any version of that card from previous expansions.

You can use any basic land as long as it’s white or black bordered and has the proper Magic back.

Are basic land proxies legal?

Proxies are illegal in all tournaments while altered cards have very specific guidelines as to what is legal. You cannot obstruct the name of the card, you cannot change the artwork so it is completely unrecognizable.

Yes. The only thing that matters for determining card legality is the name of the card. As far as the Oracle is concerned, 2 different printings of shock are the exact same card for all game and tournament rule purposes.
