How can I get PhD after clearing JRF?

You have to crack the entrance examination of the respective University for the desired subject for pursuing PhD. Merely qualifying NET would not provide you concession to appear directly for viva voce. If you have qualified JRF, then you can be given concession to appear directly for the viva voce for pursuing PhD.

Is it compulsory to do Phd after net?

PhD is not compulsory for UGC NET Exam. The only eligibility criteria for sitting in UGC NET Exam is post-graduation with 55\% marks and 50\% for reserved category students.

Can I become a lecturer after NET?

Yes, you can apply for lecturer job in colleges after clear the NET exam but few universities do accept only NET exam and some do require PhD too for the lecturer job. So, you need to check the vacancy requirement in the particular university if you want to apply with your NET exam result.
