What is the difference between the KTM 390 Duke and adventure?

KTM has equipped the 390 Adventure with a BS-VI compliant engine, while the 390 Duke carries forward its BS-IV motor. Hence the adventure is currently much costlier than the Duke. It also gets a bigger fuel tank of 14.5-litre capacity and 15 mm more ground clearance over the 390 Duke’s 185 mm.

The BS6 KTM 390 Duke will get a quickshifter as standard, similar to what we see in the new KTM 390 Adventure. Strangely, the BS6 KTM RC 390 will not get a quickshifter and that automatically makes the new 390 Duke more expensive than the RC.
