To clean your piercing:

  1. Soak a cloth or a sturdy paper towel with saline.
  2. Gently wipe the cloth or towel around each side of the jewelry.
  3. Make sure you clean the outside and inside of your lip or cheek.
  4. Repeat this process as many times as needed.
