Why you are leaving TCS?

My main reason to leave tcs is politics. In tcs you will find the most pathetic and bad politics . Managers who even can’t speak proper english think that the own the company and do whatever they feel like and when you will go and seek HR help then she will also speak the same language.

Is TCS a good choice?

It’s not. Join TCS only if your family has a healthy amount left in the bank and you have ample amount of time to frame your career. The salary hike is extremely low and So is the learning. Often you’re asked to work late hours and on weekends without extra pay.

Can we do MBA after 3 years experience?

Can I resign from LWP After completing bond period in TCS?

There are two possibilities, one if you have completed bond period in TCS which was two years earlier later reduced. If you have gone to LWP after serving that designated period in TCS then you can resign from your home/current location also, you do not need to come to office and serve the notice period.
