Fort Foster consists of three small, sandy beaches: Horn Point, Pier Beach, and Scuba Beach. The beaches are open daily from 10am until 8pm from late May until early September. There are no lifeguards on duty and there is a fee to enter Fort Foster Park. Kittery is reported to have the warmest water in the area.
