How is free will determined?
Free will is the idea that we are able to have some choice in how we act and assumes that we are free to choose our behavior, in other words we are self determined. For example, people can make a free choice as to whether to commit a crime or not (unless they are a child or they are insane).

Much recent work in neuroscience aims to shed light on whether we have free will. That done, my main conclusion is, duly interpreted: that free will is not a testable hypothesis. In particular, it is neither verifiable nor falsifiable by empirical evidence.

Remember, the DEVIL roams the earth, the devil pretty much owns the earth, all of the sin and disgusting things. The devil is allowed to roam the earth, god does not.
