Is it hard for a Hebrew speaker to learn Arabic?

It’s not very easy, but surely easier than if I didn’t speak Hebrew. A lot sounds and feels similar to Hebrew, so that helps, but it’s still harder for me than, say, French or German after Learning Latin.
