Google takes a lot of security precautions, and they have a decent record for security and have not had any large scale breeches. The information you store in Google Keep, and in other parts of your Google Account, is reasonably secure, given that it is out in the cloud and accessible across the internet.

Long-press the note you want to lock. Choose the ‘Lock’ option in the pop-up dialog. If you enter the master password, your note will be locked.
