  1. Master degree in Chemistry with 50\% from any UGC recognised university.
  2. B. Ed from any recognised university.
  3. Proficiency in teaching in English.
  4. Computer knowledge-Desirable.

A candidate with MSc Biochemistry is eligible for the post of PGT Chemistry. MSc in Biochemistry may come under life sciences but to teach biology in KVS for class XI & XII students the teacher must have studied any of the following subjects in PG and Botany & Zoology at Graduation level.
