Is it easy to make friends at LMU?

Although there is a lot of opportunity to meet people, it’s harder to create friendships as everyone is sort of in their ‘groups’ already. The worst thing about our school is the rising tuition each year. Although they do offer financial aid to students, most of the financial aid given to me are in loans.

Do LMU dorms have air conditioning?

The rooms are a little smaller than the rooms in Desmond, Rosecrans, and Whelan. The rooms also have sinks and mirrors, and just two windows, but the windows do not take up the whole wall. The rooms do not have air conditioning but do have heaters. Each floor has one bathroom that has showers, sinks, and toilets.

At LMU, the beach is only 5-15 minutes away. Manhattan Beach is a lot of fun because it’s cleaner and less crowded than other beaches like Venice or Santa Monica. There’s also a cute town full of boutiques and restaurants.
