All Vedic knowledge manifests from root and then branches out (Sanskrit word for “recensions” is “branches”, too). In that sense Lord Brahma is the original speaker of Rig Veda and he first did that over a hundred trillion years ago and not even on this planet. We can’t find that original anywhere here, of course.
