Probably Kyoshi or Korra, definitely not Aang though. Kyoshi was able to rip apart the land and create her own island. That takes some immense bending skill and power. Korra blocked a spirit beam that blew up buildings and defeated Dark Avatar Vaatu/Unalaq who could also blow up buildings.
