You may see improvements in sexual desire and function. But a change in voice is rare. In fact, very few studies have revealed significant voice changes during hormone replacement for Low T.
Does estrogen make your voice more feminine?
No. Estrogen has no effect on the voicebox, but testosterone causes it to enlarge and produce a deeper pitch and body. Trans women can learn to produce a more feminine sound, using a voice called “head voice,” as well as adjustments to inflection and pitch.
