Is dukhbhanjani Sahib the Gurmat way to dispel some sorrow?

Reading a particular Shabad or collection of Shabads to dispel some sorrow is not Gurmat way . IMHO Dukhbhanjani Sahib is the outcome of misleading & delibrate twisting by so called Sants , Babas , Brahmgianis of REAL ESSENCE of Gurbani which is to LIVE IN & ABIDE BY HIS HUKAM .
