Developed by our friend and colleague Gordon Curphy, Ph. D. Although the importance of a good leader cannot be denied, followers also play an equally important, if often overlooked, role in the success of any group or organization.

Can you be a leader if no one follows?

In most organizations, the days of blind allegiance to titular leaders are long gone. People don’t trust their leader. Bad bosses are also the #1 source of stress on the job—and stress leads to reduced performance, poor health, and higher turnover.
