An AR-15 Pistol can not have a stock. It is a pistol by design and definition and as such is supposed to be used like a pistol. If you install a stock eiher adjustable or fixed on an AR pistol it becomes a short barreled rifle and requires an additional tax stamp and completely separate paperwork.
