Is SSC a good option after btech?

First of all its totally depends on your interest and yours skills. If you are good in technical then why are you going for ssc. But after 4 years of engineering you didn’t know any thing about engineering like me but you are good in academics then go for ssc.

Can btech apply for SSC Chsl?

yes,you can apply for the SSC CHSL selection. the most needed eligibility for this exam is,the candidate must have passed in 10+2 or senior secondary course(HSC) from any board of any standard/recognized organization.

Is Diploma in Engineering eligible for SSC Chsl?

Since you have already completed diploma in mechanical engineering which is equivalent to 10+2, You are eligible to appear in SSC CHSL exam.

How many times we can write SSC exam?

There is no such number of attempts specified. There is an age limit specified and its upto you how many attempts you want to give. For general category it’s generally 21 to 27 years, roughly 7 attempts. For reservation you get age relaxation and hence more than 7 attempts.

Can Btech student apply for SSC?

You are not eligible to for SSC CGL 2020 but you can appear for SSC CGL 2021 when you are in 4th year of B. Tech.

Can we use calculator in SSC exam?

No books, slide rules, notebooks, pagers, mobile phones, written notes, calculators and other electronic gadgets will be allowed inside the examination hall. Candidate who is found either copying or receiving assistance will be disqualified. Candidate offering assistance to other candidates will also be disqualified.
