What do you need for University of Oregon dorms?
Appliances and Dishware
- Coffee pot (without an open heat source) and electric kettle (with automatic shut-off)
- Mini fridge (4.6 cubic feet or smaller)
- Water bottle, cup, plate, bowl, mug, and flatware.
- Thermos (dining venues give discounts when you use a reusable mug or bottle)
What do Binghamton dorms come with?
Included. Your room will contain a bed with mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe and dresser. Our communities and most areas of campus are covered by our wireless Wi-Fi network.
What do you need in residence?
Must haves:
- Bed linens (suitable for a double-width, queen-length bed)
- Blankets, comforter, pillows.
- Towels: bath, face, dish, etc.
- Laundry soap and fabric softener/dryer sheets.
- Laundry basket (one on wheels is very convenient, so you don’t end up going to the laundry room looking like me!)
- Toilet paper, garbage bags.
What should you not bring?

- Microwaves.
- Refrigerators.
- Toaster oven or hot plate.
- Coffee Makers.
- Open Coil Heating Devices.
- Pets (except fish)

Can you have pets in the University of Oregon dorms?
Except as provided by UO Policy 571-050-0025 and other applicable laws, animals are not allowed in University residential buildings.
Can you have pets at University of Oregon?
The University of Oregon generally enforces a no-pets policy in its facilities, except as allowed by administrative rule. An individual with a disability who uses a service animal is not required to register the animal with university authorities prior to bringing the animal on campus.
Do freshmen have to live on Binghamton?
At Binghamton University, residential life fosters a sense of community and pride. Binghamton offers five unique living communities for first-year students (first-year students are required to live on campus) and the Apartments Community which is reserved for transfer and upper level students.
Do Binghamton dorms have kitchens?

Can you bring a car to University of Oregon?
Vehicles must have a valid license plate linked to the pay-by-app or pay-to-park kiosk payment when parked in UO parking lots during times when payment is required.
