What made you pursue engineering?

As engineers, we are constantly changing the world with inventions and solutions that affect everyone’s lives. Being an engineer is fun because I get to use magic to create things every day. One day, I’ll make something that can help change the world, and that’s why I wanted to become an engineer.

Where did engineers come from?

The profession we know as engineering today emerged during the 1500’s when specialists began using mathematics to design military fortifications. These special military architects would generally let craftsmen do the actual construction, thus becoming the first true engineers in the modern sense of the word.

How do you pursue an engineer?

To become an engineer, you need to pass class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as your subjects. In addition to it, you have to appear for the engineering entrance examinations conducted by several institutes including the IITs and other state boards and universities.

What inspired you to choose engineering profession?

Employability / Job satisfaction/ good salary: Engineers are very good in creative thinking, problem solving, working in a team which helps them to find a job easily. Most of the engineers are always satisfied with their job as they get change to apply their creative thinking in the project.
