Activities of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) do not only provide motivation for positive attitude but are also very important for character building and personality development as we cadets are regularly encouraged and motivated to participate in various public speaking activities & social compaigns and events.

1. It taught me leadership, time management, stress management, team work which myself unique. 2. I learnt all the skills and motivation required to lead an independent life and I learnt how we can take our country forward to a better future by contributing our-self to this motherland of mine.

How can NCC help improve personality of youth of India?

It improves self-awareness of a student and helps in building up interpersonal relationship, positive attitude, improves communication skills, Time management, Leadership skills, Realization of importance of teamwork.
