Answer: Candidates in their final year of graduation/ post graduation can also apply for CA Intermediate course on a provisional basis.

Can final year students apply for CA Intermediate?

For graduates & postgraduates Students who are in the last years of their graduation can register for the CA intermediate course by passing all the traditional requirements. Nevertheless, a student choosing that route can start their CA practical training only upon clearing their graduation.

What is direct entry route in CA?

CA Direct entry route as the name suggests refers to the straight entry to the Chartered Accountancy course without having to appear for the entrance test i.e. CA Foundation. Is direct entry good for CA?

Direct Entry route is an admission option for students who have already finished their graduation and are now looking to get into CA. By choosing this option, they can skip the first level of the CA course i.e. the Foundation course and seek admission directly into the CA Intermediate.

During the period of provisional registration, a student can undergo and complete Information Technology Training (ITT) and Orientation Course. It is clarified that in such cases the practical training shall commence only on becoming a Graduate with specified percentage of marks.

How to register for ITT/OC/GMCs courses?

The applicants can register through online portal by making payments of ITT/OC/GMCS Courses fee through Debit/Credit cards. After submitting the online registration, an applicant is required to take a print out of said form and submit the same with mentioned documents to the concerned POU.
