Can you put a tracked letter in a post box?

Strictly speaking, you can’t drop off anything tracked etc in a post box. People do, but you won’t benefit from full tracking etc.

Can tracked parcels go in post box?

The maximum Parcel size allowed into our new Postboxes is 44cm x 35cm x 16cm. Any Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed items, Royal Mail International Tracked items, and any Royal Mail Tracked Returns without a barcode on the label must be posted in a Post Office branch and cannot be dropped off at a Parcel Postbox.

Can you put parcels in a red post box?

Can you put prepaid packages in the mailbox?

If your packages have domestic shipping labels, you can drop them off at USPS collection locations without waiting in line. If the packages fit, you may drop them off at blue collection mailboxes and Post Office mail drop slots. Some Post Offices may also have a designated spot on the counter for prepaid packages.
