A: Yes, there is negative marking of 0.50 marks in SSC CGL tier-I. In tier-II paper-I, -III and -IV, there is negative marking of 0.50 marks. However, in tier-II paper-II, there is negative marking of 0.25 marks. There is no negative marking in SSC CGL tier-III and -IV.

Is there any negative marking in SSC MTS?

SSC MTS Paper 1 exam will be conducted in online mode. Paper 1 consists of 100 questions carrying 1 mark each. There is a negative marking of 0.25 or 1/4th marks deducted for every wrong answer. The medium of the exam will be both in English and Hindi, except for the General English section.
