Ideally you shouldn’t put any grease on the threads or on the contact face with the hub – as number cruncher says this is basically a friction coupling to your wheel. Torque should go through this and not through the wheel bolts. The bolts are to provide compression, not to carry braking/acceleration forces.

In reality, yes you can use a little bit of anti seize by putting some on the stud and running the nut down and then back off so it spreads even. Clean off any globs and then torque to spec, not with an impact, unless you have a torq-stick.

Anti seize will not loosen bolts. I even use it on my road bicycle. It’s perfect for preventing cold weld of nuts and bolts so that you don’t have to end up drilling or even scary to torch the nuts and bolts off.
