What is the best book to learn VFX?

When I first started to learn feature film VFX the Steve Wright book was considered to be the go-to text book. It seems it has been updated a few times since I read it, but not since 2013. It is quite technical so most of the concepts should still be relevant. It doesn’t teach you how to use particular software.
