For income between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 6 lakh, you will be eligible for the PMAY LIG scheme. Since you are unmarried neither you nor your parents should be owning any pucca house anywhere in India. If all these conditions are satisfied then you will be eligible for PMAY benefit.
