While the Deluxo has advantages over the Oppressor MK2, they’re subjectively not as advantageous as the Oppressor’s advantages. I personally like the Deluxo better just because its a flying car, but the Oppressor MK2 is really fun to go around messing with people.

They are both worth it, as both are great for transportation. I would reccomend the mk2 though. The mk1 requires bunker research to unlock the missiles, and the missiles on the mk1 are pretty average. The missiles on the mk2 though are (almost) the best tracking missiles in the game.
