How long should it take to solve LeetCode medium?

Easy: Under 10 minutes. Medium: 10 to 25 minutes. Hard: 20 to 35 minutes. But I know I’ve not remembered perfectly, and even then they said it was very rough estimates.

The difficulty of medium level problems ranges from simple problems (but harder than easy problems) to somewhat complicated (a little less difficult than hard level problems). And also unlike Easy level problems solving Medium would require considerable knowledge in relation to data structures and algorithms.

For me, it took around 290 questions to get a 3-star rating. The “~100000” rank will become 99k something at around 270-275 questions after which you will need another 15-20 questions to reach 3 star which I got at around 89k rank.

Having many helping and humble engineers will take the company to higher profits and will create a sustainable work culture.

Should I start with LeetCode easy?

I would consider the book to be fairly entry-level, so if you’re new to technical interviews, I’d recommend starting by going through the book, even before doing LeetCode full-time.
